Mold is the prototype of actual
final products, hence a moldﾕs high-dimension accuracy and durability are very
important. Besides, it is important to fabricate quality molds within short time
at low cost. The mold fabrication starts by machining with high-technology facilities
such as NC machine, machining center and electric discharge machine. Then, at
later stage, the mold is finished-up by skillful engineers. This fine adjustment
by engineers is necessary in order to achieve curve-free  surfaces.
The mold fabrication is not finished at this point. The mold dimension accuracy
will be checked, followed by molding trials and inspection on cast products to
confirm whether it matches the design quality. The mold fabrication requires both
high-technology facilities and skillful human-hand fine-finishing. Our high quality
die cast is the result of highly reliable molds. |
