Die cast is capable to produce products of high reliability, high strength yet thin, small and light weight. The first condition to obtain perfect cast products with high strength is to totally eliminate the existence of internal defects, which cannot be observed from the surface. By using special techniques such as PF Die Cast Method (Pore Free Die Cast Method), Vacuum Die Cast Method, Acurad Method etc, we are able to produce cast products with high airtight property. Due to internal defects, current die cast products show dimensional changes and swollen surface once heated above 300oC. However, we have widen the application by producing high-quality die cast products which allows the usage of thermal treatment and welding. Going onwards, we will continue with efforts in taking challenges on developing new technologies in order to fulfill wide requirements by users.
