Upon the completion stage of the
products, inspection is carried out to confirm whether it matches the design quality.
With daily production capacity of 1000 units to 2000 units, any possible process
abnormalities such as insufficient hot water supply, cracks caused by mold shrinkage,
deformation, contamination etc are counter-checked. In order to achieve early
detection to these abnormalities, stringent in-process quality inspection is carried
out to confirm product strength, dimension etc against specification, with the
assistance of high-technology measuring equipments.
It is our responsibility to supply good quality products to customers.  With
such stringent management system, customers accept our inspection results and
a lot of customers even do not carry out in-house inspection upon receiving our
