■By filling up the cast molds with active gas such as
pure oxygen, we are able to eliminate gas generation inside cast molds due to
reaction between molten metal and active gas during injection. Hence, high perfection
die cast is produced with less cast void (gas quantity).
■Easy for heat treatment (T6), thus besides the initial
application in safety part products, it is also suitable for a wide range of other
products.

■The air (gas) trapped inside the cast molds is sucked
out by vacuum pump to create an almost vacuum condition, then molten metal is
cast to produce high perfection die casts.
■Without air resistance inside the cast molds, thin wall
products with improved appearance is achievable. Moreover, it is also possible
to produce pressure-resistant products etc.

■This method is also known as the ghalf-coagulated die casting method.h With this method, it is possible to produce die-cast products free from blowholes or pressure leaks in any section.
■This method offers the following advantages.
The metal has a fine and uniform structure.
Forming die-cast products from half-coagulated slurry is easy.
Products made from half-coagulated slurry can be produced quickly.
A variety of materials can be used.

■Basically it is for die casts with good property, in
which alloy is slowly filled into cast molds, thus high perfection die casts are
produced without cast voids.
■It is possible to fulfill strength requirements upon
heat treatment (T6,T4).

■By using Aluminum alloy, high quality die casts
with smooth cast surface are produced without cast voids.
■By using our developed fine sands as raw material for cast molds, high
smoothness on cast surface is achieved, whereby it is not possible with other
companies.
■By using vacuum techniques, we are able to produce thin wall products
without cast voids, whereby it is not achievable by other companies.
■It is most suitable for sample making, small-lot production and products
with undercut.

■We are capable to produce products which is not achievable using other
casting methods.
■The simple Gravity method is specifically suitable to produce small-lot
thin wall products at low mold cost and short lead-time.

■With alloy casting, specifically ADC3 alloy, coupled with PF die cast
and heat treatment (T6), we are able to achieve products with good strength and
elongation.
■It is most suitable for production of suspension arms.

■Besides JIS die cast alloy, we are capable of carrying out casting
of new alloys such as DMS alloy (high thermal conductive Aluminum).
■The thermal conductivity of DMS alloy is about 2 times higher than ADC12,
hence it is most suitable for heat sinks which require high thermal conductivity.

■For products which require micron accuracy, cutting / trimming with
N/C M/C machines is done to add values.
■Machining is possible even after coating is done.
